avoid the #1 mistake people make when tracking macros

These are your starting numbers. Don't adjust them yet.

Doing more is probably how you

got stuck

The problem is usually the order of decisions, not how hard you're trying.

Most people who use my macro calculator have done this before.

You’ve lowered carbs. You’ve lowered calories. You’ve added cardio, gotten more steps, cleaned up your food, tightened your weekends, and tried to be more disciplined.

On paper, you’re doing more of the right things.

In real life, you’re still spinning your wheels.

That usually comes down to one of three problems.

You keep adjusting too soon

The scale pauses, so you lower calories. Then it pauses again, so you lower carbs. Then you add cardio. Then more steps. Pretty soon you've changed so many things that you have no idea what's working, what's hurting, and what's just making you tired and hungry.

New numbers won't fix the same old pattern

The numbers matter, but they're only part of the process. If you don't know when to hold steady, when to adjust, when to refeed, when to stop cutting, or how to recover from a rough week, you'll keep starting over with a new set of macros and the same problem underneath.

What's missing is a decision system

Most stuck dieters are exhausted from trying so hard without a clear sequence. Start here. Watch this. Leave that alone. Adjust this first. Don't touch that yet. That's the kind of structure that gets people unstuck.
