S’mores Protein Cake

Directions:

  • 1 Combine dry ingredients into a mixing bowl.
  • 2 Add wet ingredients and stir to form batter.
  • 3 Coat a circular Tupperware container with cooking spray and transfer batter.
  • 4 Microwave on medium power for 3-3.5 minutes.
  • 5 Transfer cake to a separate plate (use a fork to separate edges along Tupperware).
  • 6 Take Vanilla protein and yogurt to form a glaze. Cut the cake into three layers and then use the glaze to layer each portion of the cake.
  • 7 Crush graham crackers up in a bag and then garnish the top of the S’mores cake.
  • 8 Enjoy.
