Sweet Potato Protein Waffle
Waffles are a major breakfast favorite for most people, but we wanted to think outside the box a bit with our protein waffles. This is our sweet potato protein waffle, giving you that same breakfast waffle experience we all love, but also providing you a nutrient and protein packed waffle for your mornings.
- Pre-Heat Waffle Iron
- Remove skin from Sweet potato. Microwave for 1 minute and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl add the rest of the dry and then grate the sweet potato.
- Add wet ingredients to form batter
- Coat Waffle Iron (Once pre-heated) with cooking spray and drop batter. Cook Until All waffle batter is used.
