Waffles are a major breakfast favorite for most people, but we wanted to think outside the box a bit with our protein waffles. This is our sweet potato protein waffle, giving you that same breakfast waffle experience we all love, but also providing you a nutrient and protein packed waffle for your mornings.

Directions:

  • 1 Pre-Heat Waffle Iron
  • 2 Remove skin from Sweet potato. Microwave for 1 minute and set aside.
  • 3 In a mixing bowl add the rest of the dry and then grate the sweet potato.
  • 4 Add wet ingredients to form batter
  • 5 Coat Waffle Iron (Once pre-heated) with cooking spray and drop batter. Cook Until All waffle batter is used.
  • 6 Enjoy

  • Baking Powder (3g) Dash
  • Splenda (3g) Dash
  • Egg Whites 2
  • Greek Yogurt (50g) 2oz
